THE FOUNDATION OF OUR IDENTITY
📖 TO THE BIBLE
John 10:24–25 (KJV)
“Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not…”
LET’S TALK
The theme of December — Christ Identity Manifestation — stands or falls on one central truth: Who is Jesus?
If Jesus is merely a good man, then Christianity is just another philosophy. But if Jesus is God manifested in the flesh, then everything changes — including who you are.
Contrary to popular claims, Jesus did not shy away from affirming His deity. In our opening scripture, the Jews demanded clarity: “If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” Jesus responded without hesitation: “I told you, and you believed not.” He didn’t deny being the Christ; He exposed their unbelief.
He went further and pointed to His works as undeniable evidence. The miracles He performed in the Father’s Name were not mere acts of compassion; they were identity statements. They testified that He was more than a prophet — He was God in action.
In verses 27–30, Jesus made one of the most audacious declarations ever recorded:
“I give unto them eternal life… I and my Father are one.”
This was not symbolic language. The Jews understood exactly what He meant — equality with God — which is why they attempted to stone Him. You don’t stone a man for good works; you stone him for claiming deity.
Scripture confirms this truth repeatedly. “In Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily” (Colossians 2:9). Jesus didn’t just represent God; He was God present among men. He possessed life in Himself, just as the Father does (John 5:26). That is why He alone can give eternal life.
Now here is the revelation that connects directly to Christ Identity Manifestation:
If Jesus is truly God — and you are in Him — then your identity is inseparably tied to His. Christianity is not merely believing about Jesus; it is living from Jesus. When you confess Christ, you are not aligning with a religious figure, but with the very life of God.
Your confidence, authority, righteousness, and purpose flow from this reality. We do not manifest identity by striving to become something; we manifest it by recognising who Christ is and who we are in Him.

DECLARE
Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh.
I am in Christ, and Christ lives in me.
My identity flows from His deity and His life.
I walk boldly, knowing who He is and who I am in Him.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank You for the revelation of Jesus Christ — the Word made flesh, the true God and eternal life. As I behold who Christ is, I grow in the manifestation of who I am in Him. I live boldly, firmly rooted in His deity and lordship, revealing His life and glory through me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
