From the Spirit to the Soul — Drawing Out the Depths of God

June 30th, 2025
DAILY GRACE DEVOTIONAL

Theme: GUARD YOUR HEART

📖 Foundational Scriptures:

Proverbs 20:5 (KJV)
“Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out.”

1 Corinthians 14:2 (KJV)
“For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.”

1 John 2:20 (KJV)
“But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.”

1 Corinthians 2:12 (KJV)
“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.”

✨ Theme Insight:

The born-again spirit of every believer is a reservoir of divine intelligence, grace, and power. It is not lacking wisdom, direction, healing, or discernment. Why? Because you have an unction from the Holy One, and you know all things (1 John 2:20).
This “knowing” is not a product of mental study but of spiritual union with Christ.

The very Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now resides in you (Romans 8:11), and in Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge (Colossians 2:3).
But your soul (mind, will, emotions) must align to this truth. The key to this alignment is drawing from within through prayer — especially praying in the Holy Ghost and interpreting the mysteries you speak.

🔥 What Happens When You Pray in the Spirit?

You Activate the Mind of Christ Within.
The unction in your spirit begins to flow toward your soul. This is not learning — it’s illumination.

You Speak Mysteries — God’s Hidden Strategies for Your Life.

“…in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.” — 1 Cor. 14:2

You Charge Your Inner Man and Align Your Soul.

“He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself…” — 1 Cor. 14:4

You Position Yourself to Receive Divine Insight.

“Pray that he may interpret…” — 1 Cor. 14:13
As you interpret, you apply what you “already know” in your spirit to real-life situations.

💡 How to Walk in July’s Theme:

Spend focused time praying in tongues, expecting your spirit to edify your soul.

Journal impressions or Scriptures that rise after praying — this is how you begin to interpret.

Meditate daily on verses like 1 John 2:20, reminding yourself that you already know in your spirit.

Stay in love and peace — this guards your spiritual flow and keeps your soul sensitive.

🧠 Soul Prosperity Comes From Spiritual Flow

3 John 1:2 (KJV)
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

Your soul prospers as it comes into sync with what your spirit already knows and carries.

💬 Confession:

I have an unction from the Holy One. I know all things in my spirit. I draw wisdom, healing, and direction from within. I speak mysteries, and by the Holy Spirit, I interpret and apply them. My soul aligns with truth, and I walk in supernatural rest, insight, and power.

🙏🏽 Prayer:

Father, thank You that I lack nothing in my spirit. I have the mind of Christ, the unction of the Spirit, and the mysteries of heaven within. Teach me to draw them out through praying in the Spirit. Let my soul prosper in truth. Let every part of my life reflect Your wisdom, grace, and power. In Jesus’ name, amen.
