1 Corinthians 13:11 KJV
[11] When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

We have seen children are talkative,want to say something all the time ,same for childish believers

A childish believer will exhibit traits of an infant spiritually speaking

Infants are unstable ,they dabble into many things at the same time

Paul warns Timothy of this

2 Timothy 2:22 KJV
[22] Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Lusts means desires

He uses “to and fro else “where

Ephesians 4:14 KJV
[14] That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

This is being impressionable

Easily captivated

To grow ,you must be consistent,stay ,abide

Kids like to try out new stuff

Attimes a visit to another’s home ,they want to stay they and maybe live there !

Not knowing not all that glitters is gold

Also Kids like adventure

2 Timothy 4:3-4 KJV
[3] For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; [4] And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Easily get bored with the same things

A new toy by a neighbor ,they want it too

If you see these traits prevalent in you

You are childish spiritually speaking

Grow up ,put away childish things
